this is the elusive Fil-Australian’s supermodel slash interior designer second appearance on the cover of Rogue; she first made it on this edgy magazine’s cover last September of 2007.
on that particular issue, the cover story was supposed to be written by comedian Earl Ignacio, but she decided to not include the said piece.
hopefully the story made for her will suit her enough.
a while ago, I went downtown to buy some fruits, meds, and to get my laundry. i went to the laundry station last because it is near Liceo de Cagayan. usually from there, I go home by taxi. and since I was craving for kwek kwek, I decided to buy some before hailing a cab.
right after eating a bowl of, the sky started to pour down rain.
so i started to get on going fast and look for an available taxi as fast as i could. and there it was, the taxi, right in front of Liceo’s entrance gates. so off i go, on my way home.
time i arrived, i cannot feel a thing in my back pocket. on my mind, i was sensing my wallet is lost but i shrugged it. so i searched my bag, the back of the seat where i was seated, the floor, and my other pockets. but to no avail.

so here is my year-long project. my very own graphic novel entitled “All Yours, Babooshka”
these is just the working title and cover (no, I am not going to use Master Patrick Nagel’s work on the cover, hihi) but I am definitely sticking to the title, around 98% hehe.
the story will be very much influenced with the 80’s, so expect Patrick Nagel-ish illustrations, neon tint overdose, the fashion and the hair, THE HAIR! heck, even the title is a Kate Bush song. hihi (b
the plot is scripted now, as well as the time line. still have to come up with few characters and I have to do more on my graphic skills.
