Some of the military aircraft hangars being used are made of pre-engineered fabric structures. It was developed as a solution to the common difficulty of having a field shelter for military aircrafts in isolated places or areas where facilities are not available to secure the military equipment and the plane itself. Many military operations that were done in desert areas and in the Arctic region had been more successful with the use of these technically advanced structures. Security and lighting system can be set up within the area so the aircraft and other equipment are guaranteed to be very safe both from natural elements and human destruction. The fabric structure is very convenient to use because of its mobility and it can easily be installed in less than twenty-four hours. It is also designed to have a big air cargo door and can fit eight foot to twenty foot containers so it can serve as a shelter even for aircrafts like global hawks.
