friends and enemies,

this is such an OMG news. well, not likely, since i have heard many many years ago that an Ayala Mall will soon rise somewhere in our city. i passed it as a rumor due to the many many prospect locations stated. for one, it was said to be placed near West Bound Terminal in Bulua, then in Camp Evangelista, then somewhere near Alegria Hills. Ano ba talaga, mga ateng?!

but i never passed it as an impossible progress, since there are many developments here in the sitey of gowlden prenship! take for instance THE GOLDEN MILE, the rehabilitation of De Lara Park and Gaston Park, two of the most important yet oft-ignored landmarks of our city, and my favorite PASEO DEL RIO.

Paseo del Rio, can't wait for it to rise..

and this will soon rise in yep, along Recto Avenue, giving Gaisano Mall an in-your-face challenger!

sounds promising!

and i thought Starbucks Cagayan de Oro is the biggest news this year.

hope to see this happen, but man, traffic in Recto Avenue will go worse then.
