my bet for Bb Pilipinas 2010

Posted by atty_magman in Something Classy

i tried to watch the pre-pageant night last Sunday even though my eyes were getting heavier by the second. i must see who deserves to represents our dear country to the international pageants, namely Miss International, Miss World, and last - but definitely the most coveted - Miss Universe.

best thank you girls of 2009

best thank you girls of 2009

i haven’t watched it from the very start since we were watching a movie (Legion), but good thing i caught it at the swimsuit competition.

i must say that the contestants for this year are mixed from sexy, not too sexy, and mama-must-have-told-them-they-are sexy. but when it comes to face value, most of them are not stunning enough, if not all.

then came the evening gown presentation. as soon as i saw the first gown, my brows began to kiss because of such sight. those gowns were hideous! those gowns of pink and purplish something really caught my attention, in a bad way. it lacks imagination, as if frankenstein created it. plus those were not even properly ironed!

i turned the tv off and went to sleep.

we still have to find out who will be our best bet for this year’s battle of the bombshells. out of the 24 lovely candidates, i picked Krissa Mae, the girl from GoBingo, because for one she’s the only one i know by name (I have other two but I forgot their names completely). two, she looks gorgeous enough. three, her boobs are big enough.

Good for Miss Universe

Good for Miss Universe

i think she will do good and i want her to represent for Miss Universe. but she has to go on a diet, tone those abs a bit more, practice on her posture, and really practice more on the way she walks!

but i hope Stella Araneta would read this open letter first.

i can feel the spirit now…

from chuvaness.com

from chuvaness.com

last night, while me and my friends were walking down Velez Street to look for a place to eat, we saw people getting busy, pasting posters, putting up banners.

“karon na ba diay? di ba ugma pa man (is it today? i thought it will start tommorow?) a friend asked me. “murag man gani ug next month pa? (i even thought next month.)” i replied.

but yeah it starts today. the CIRCUS is on!

expect to see: dancing politicians to the tune of the sappiest, corniest songs out there, walls filled up with campaign posters, somebody waving on top of a moving truck, flying candies and coins, promises, vests you’ll never want to wear, divided people with divided opinions, bribery, cheaters, losers, sore losers, and of course, WINNERS!

welcome to the 2010 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS!

so you survived 2009. congratulations!

let us all welcome the new decade with a bang!

i am wishing you all prosperity, good health, and success in all the things that you and you will do.

as for me i have so many resolutions that come to mind. i’ll post it soon.

here’s to a better one!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

watch out for the comeback of Erap. not!

for president

for president

i believe that this country has to make a great make-over that Belo wouldn’t manage to do. so off you should go. and bring with you the dramas that you have brought in. kalurkey kayo….

yeah yeah we may have heard that the current president is not really different with the ousted one, but it doesn’t make him any Julio Valiente either.

so for mr. ex-president, stay ex and lead a good life.
