hello frenemies,

last week was like the worst week of my life! daming naiwan, may nawala…. basta! that’s why i was not able to post any entries for the past few days. it’s ko kaka. kakabagot.

anyways i am ok now. but let me tell you some things i did miss.

siyempre dahil fashionista naman daw ako, I was invited by Ms. Cristina of Spruce to attend this party. it’s been a while since the last time i attended to this type of party (i think sa Tilt yun, pero kasama ko bad memories, kaya kiber). this is a fashinable event kaya keep muna the so-en lingerie and mag dress down a bit muna for the theme: summer fun beach wear (of course, have to wear Havaianas). pero two things happened (i digress again. bad memories). kaya i just leave you guys with awesome pics courtesy of the FUN FRESH FUNKY photographer Bon Aserios (master)

MIA no. 2 – Davao Blogger’s Creative Writing Workshop with Rene Lizada (March 27,2010) PLDT Ponciano Street, Davao City

to all my friends from Davao Bloggers, sensiya na! di ko ginusto.

my plan was to spend my weekend in Davao… FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME. imagine na lang how excited i was. kaso nga lang, may naiwan sa airplane. guess na lang kayo kung sino. may libreng batok from me.

Rene Lizada pa naman ang magtuturo sa amin. yung nga lang may isang tao na may letter D sa forehead.

this pic was taken at our garage last night. the lights were out, and we were having internet connection problems. i took shots for art’s sake. here’s what i got:

notice that clump of air beside that hitad? it looks like a figure of a woman with coiffed hair and her right hand is resting on her neck.

i do not know if this is just a accidental effect of the camera or not. i do not mind if it is not real. but that’s one scary photo there.

here’s another one we took after i shocked everyone with the pic. just to test if it’s still there or not:

this 19 year old Starstruck’s Ultimate Winner for its third season, is the first covergirl for this monthly rag.

this is the third time FHM Philippines let a starstruck alum grace the cover… IN A ROW

Starstruck 1′s Jennylyn Mercado appeared last November while LJ Reyes, who won first runner-up for the second season appeared last month. coincidence, maybe…

and my, FHM reinvented itself once again..

i say, good choice for new year banger! i’ll go get a copy, and you should, too!

last October 23, we had a konting salo-salo – a dinner party together with the CDO Bloggers, and some bloggers from Manila and Davao in Loreto’s Bar and Grill.

we thank Loreto’s generosity for hosting our pre-MBS dinner in one of their spacious function rooms, complete with videoke and a billiard table.

seems like everyone is on the “white man sings bahay kubo” craze lately. it is not actually a bad thing, i find it even cute. here are some video clips..

while i was taking a bath this morning i couldn’t help but listen to my neighbors having a brow-raising talk.

my 4-month old neighbors were having this dad-daughter conversation about the daughter’s gay friend from high school. i did not see anything but if i am going to picture out, the girl was checking out her facebook and saw her friend’s gay pics, and dad was watching….

(disclaimer: written below is not the actual conversation but you get the point)

Girl: you remember **********? look at his pics, he is in US now.
Dad: yeah the fag
Girl: he took up dentistry and he is one of our topnotch students in HS, you know?
Dad: still he is a fag and fags are dirty.
Girl: sheesh dad why are you so discriminating?
Dad: no i am not discriminating, it is just the way that they are. it’s their tendency and their inherity.

mothereffing phobes and their tiny sore minds, yes?

as much as i want to battle it out i just told myself that i am lucky that i am not as narrow minded as he is. i mean, come on, inherity???
